How to Apply

1) Submit an online application to Cypress College. You will be assigned a Student ID number--keep this with you at all times.
2) Come to the DSPS office to begin. You should bring with you all that apply:
  • Your last IEP
  • High school and college transcripts
  • Most recent psycho-educational report
  • Medical verification of disability
  • Audiogram report/results

3)  Make an appointment to meet with your academic counselor.  During this appointment you will be provided with an orientation to our services and to the campus services.  The Counselor may recommend that you take placement tests (in our office), and then meet with you again to review the results.
