How much does it cost to enroll at Cypress College?

On June 16, 2009, the State of California has raised fees for community college students as indicated below.
All students, California residents and non-residents must pay the enrollment fee of $26 per unit. Additionally, Cypress College has a mandatory health fee. The health fee is $16 per semester ($13 for Summer Intersession) for each student regardless of the number of units taken.
Non-Resident Tuition
Non-residents of the state of California are charged tuition at $190 per unit. Citizens and residents of a foreign country are charged an additional $20 per unit capital outlay fee as provided in Education Code Section 76141. Non-resident tuition is in addition to the enrollment fee paid by all students. If you believe you should be reclassified as a resident student, it is your responsibility to request reclassification at the Admissions and Records Office.

Transportation: $1,044 (living with parents), $1,170 (living on your own) per year.
Personal/Miscellaneous: $3,096 (living with parents), $3,096 (living on your own) per year.
